Completed in 2011, the building on Wilmslow Road in Manchester was created as an eco-demonstration project by the company when it was called Dwelle (more details about our name change).

It was assembled in Manchester Central for the GreenBuild Expo in 2011 and then lifted on the site in Rusholme and completed. Working with the Carbon Literacy Project, it subsequently acted as a Centre for Carbon Literacy.
